1.3 Utilization of donations and Feedback reports: YOWKerala strives to provide a feedback report/event we have conducted on the utilization of donations made by you within reasonable time limits. The feedback report time period may vary depending on the nature of utilization of donations.
2.1 You acknowledge that all information on donor form has been entered by or on behalf of you are true to the best of your knowledge. YOWKerala shall take reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality of such information.

3.1 You can donate to YOWKerala using a number of payment methods such as credit or debit cards, Netbanking or UPI transfers etc. Donations are processed by our payment gateway service provider Paytm.
3.2 All donations made through YOWKerala are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please contact YOWKerala immediately if there are justifying reasons or circumstances for refund and your case may be reviewed on a best effort basis and decision of YOWKerala will be final.
3.3 You will receive a Tax excepted donation receipt after confirming your donation to YOWKerala successfully. This is the final confirmation of your donation. 3.4 YOWKerala reserves the right at any time from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently the donation facility with or without notice.
